Whether you're familiar with pepper cookies or not, the name alone inspires curiosity of the mind and palette. Each bite provides a unique experience as you are met with an array of chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon, and a subtle hint of fresh black pepper.
Neither strong nor biting, these iced confections are surprisingly mellow and are a favorite of many. They are perfect with a cold glass of milk or your favorite coffee.
Each order comes with one pound of cookies.
- We ship FedEx and offer a range services to choose from. The standard method is FedEx Ground. There is a shipping calculator in the shopping cart page you can use to estimate shipping. The final amount will be shown as you proceed through checkout.
Shipping during summer months and outside the 48 contiguous states may have special considerations.
- Since our products are baked fresh to order and are perishable, we do not offer a return option. That said, we take great pride in our products and care about our customers. FAQs
An "order" of cookies is equal to one pound (1 lbs). The number of cookies per pound can vary because each type is of different size and shape, but generally you will receive between 14-18 cookies per order.
ItalianCookieStore.com, is a web based company and does not have a retail storefront. Our bakery is housed in Northeastern Pennsylvania, where we bake, pick, pack, and ship our product nationwide.
Our cookies ship via FedEx, and you have the option to choose the type of service to accommodate your delivery needs. If you have any special requests or would like to know more about how we ship our cookies, please contact us to discuss.
Each order of cookies comes in a cardboard tray with candy pads on top and bottom, and is vacuum sealed for protection and freshness during shipping. Our main priority is delivering you the best product (not crumbled or stale).
Our products are perishable and therefore we do not accept returns. However, we do have our ItalianCookieStore.com, satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not happy with the product, service, or any aspect of your experience with us -- we will correct the matter, or provide a full refund if required. Our first priority is your satisfaction.
We do not ship on weekends, or on Monday. Our shipping days are between Tuesday and Friday. Lead time is 1-2 business days upon receiving order, and orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will not ship until Tuesday of the following week.
